Now I know a ton about them, and my blog�s doing pretty well � I receive more than 200,000 unique visitors per month which makes me consider myself someone you could listen to and learn from when it comes to building your own blog. I�m not some sort of Guru, but I certainly do know the basics.

I promise it�ll be simple, relatively easy, and definitely easy to understand (no stupid jargon). Sound good? Awesome, let�s move on.

Download android SDK Tools Only for Windows
Android SDK Tools.exe (Official Website, 80MB)
Android SDK provides needed API libraries and developer tools necessary to build, test, and debug apps for Android. If you�re a new Android developer, we recommend you download the ADT Bundle (FULL bundle) to quickly start developing apps. It includes the essential Android SDK components and a version of the Eclipse IDE with built-in ADT (Android Developer Tools) to streamline your Android app development.
Java SE Development Kit 7 (JDK)
jdk-7u11-windows-i586.exe, 32 bit Windows x86, 88.77MB (Only install Windows 32 bit even you are with 64x bit Windows.

Instructions:

Unzip the downloaded zip file and execute the Android SDK ***.exe file.
You will be prompted to install Java Platform JDK from Java SE Software if you do not have it in your Windows PC.
Execute the downloaded Java SE Development kit 7 before proceed.
Execute again the Android SDK ***.exe to continue.
Follow the instruction to complete installation of Android SDK Tools. Start SDK Manager.
Check Android SDK Platform-tools and Google USB Driver.
Press Install 2 packages to continue installation.
Select Accept and press Install and let�s the download to complete.
When you see the log file below, the installation is completed. Press close.
Now you have ADB and USB drivers installed in PC.
Now, connect your device to PC with micro usb cable.
You will see USB driver has installed successfully.
Activate your android device USB debugging mode. (Settings-> Developer option �> USB debugging.
Let�s Windows continue to install the driver.
You are now complete all the ADB and USB driver.
Reboot your device into fastboot mode and complete fastboot mode driver installation.

Take Note:

To complete installation if you use other than Nexus device, you need additional USB driver from Samsung Kies, HTC Sync, Motorola Sync Manager or LG Mobile Tool.

Download Android 4.2.2 VRUAMI9 Firmware for Galaxy S3 Mini G730V from the above list
Download Odin 3.09
Switch off your phone and boot Galaxy S3 Mini G730V into Download Mode by pressing and holding the Volume Down+Home+Power buttons (long press until the boot screen appear), now press Volume Up key to proceed to Download Mode.
Extract the downloaded Odin3.07 zip file and run the Odin3 v3.07.exe file as an administrator (Right click on the .exe file and click on Run as administrator)
Now connect your Galaxy S3 Mini G730V to your computer via USB cable
In Odin3 screen, you should see a COM Port number like �0:[COM7]� at ID:COM section and �Added!� text at the message box. This means your device has been detected by Odin3.
Make sure that, only the �Auto Reboot� and �F. Reset Time� options are checked.
Now, extract the downloaded firmware zip file, you�ll find a firmware file with extension .tar.md5

Once completed, you would see �PASS!� message in ID:COM port having green background

Insert your SD card on your computer.
Back up all your files to the computerbecause partitioning will wipe yourdata.
Open Mini Tool in your computer.Locate your SD card
Right click and choose Delete.
Right click on it again and chooseCreate New. Create �FAT32? partition(This is where all your media files willgo. Be sure to make it bigger than the2nd part)
Select �Create as: PRIMARY�
Next, create an ext2partition (if you�re on stock ROM,choose ext2). This is where your appswill go. I suggest a value of 512Mb or1Gb would be big enough but if youinsist you can go as high as 2Gb.
Select �Create As: PRIMARY� (makesure that it is both set to primarybecause it will not work if it is not setto primary)
Click the �Apply� button on the topleft corner and wait for it to finishthe process. Done.
Put back your SD card to your phoneand switch it on.

Now turn of your phone and turn on again by pressing power + vol up button and go to recovery.You can see your installed custom recovery.

How to Root Android One Devices:

Download super su zip file from here and save it to your SD card.
Then turn on your phone in recovery mode and select choose file.
Then select install zip from external SD card and select downloaded zip file.
Install it and youre done.
Start your phone and you will see super user app.
Now your phone is Rooted !

After 10-15 your USB drive will bootable.

Method #2 : this is second method if first method doesn�t works please apply this method.

Open PowerISO Software.
Now click on tools and in tool section click on �create bootable USB drive�.
Now powerISO want administrator permission. Click on OK.
Now new wizard is opened, First select ISO image file which want.
Then select pan drive. After it click on start button.

Method #3 : If both of method doesn�t working then take this method. This is CMD method. Some pan drives are not able to make bootable. But this method will make it bootable. After doing this method just do first method.
