- 1. Oracle VM VirtualBox Download the latest version of VirtualBox
- 2. Download Android x86 Image file.
- You can also run other android versions like jelly bean, ICS, Honeycomb etc. which can be downloaded from here.
Steps :
1. Install VirtualBox on your PC. 2. Open VirtualBox and select New. In the dialog box enter the name as your wish and selecti) Type : Linux.ii) Version : Other Linux.
and select Next.
3. In the next dialog box enter the memory size as your wish. 
Note : Minimum 1 GB required for JellyBean
and click on next. 4. In the next dialog box select create a virtual hard drive now. Then select VDI or VHD and select fixed or dynamically allocated as your wish and create the virtual drive.
Note : Mininimum 1 GB required for installation.
5. Select Virtual device and select settings, a dialog box appears. In the dialog box select.i) Storage -> Storage Tree -> Empty.ii) In the attributes section select the Android 4.3 iso file you downloaded and check Live Cd/Dvd, then click Ok.
6. Then start the virtual device. In the screen select Install Android-x86 to hard disk. 7. In the next screen select Create/Modify Partition. 8. Then create a new primary bootable partition and select write. After finishing writing select quit. 9. Then install android in sda1 and select type as ext3 , choose yes for installing.10. After installing remove live iso from VirtualBox and reboot. Now you can boot into Android 4.3 .You are done.

With the preview releases coming out on a regular basis lately it�s good to see we�re getting a little bit closer to having this ability in everyone�s hands soon, but in the meantime the question really is: how do I get to try this now?
Getting your device setup
The first thing you�re going to have to do is get setup with Windows Phone 10.

If you�re lucky enough to have a supported device the next step is to simply follow this guideand download the Windows Insider app to upgrade your phone to Windows Phone 10.
It takes a while to install, but don�t worry about me, Ill just sit here and wait for you�
Turning developer mode on
Once you�ve got Windows Phone 10 up and running on your device.
You�ll want to then open up your settings app on the phone, and search for �developer mode�. Which should return the developer mode settings screen.
Select �developer mode� and turn on discovery.
Downloader the side-loader
In order to side-load Android APKs onto your phone you�ll need to download and install a Microsoft internal application called APKTOW10M available from here.
Once you�ve installed the app, launch it and connect your phone via USB.
On your phone, with the above developer screen open, click �Pair� to connect it to your desktop device. Your phone will give you a code � enter it into the text box of the APKTOWIN10M app. This will permanently pair your desktop and laptop.
Now you�re ready to install an Android app on your Windows Phone.
Installing apps
To install an Android app on your Windows Phone 10 device you�ll need to grab yourself an APK (the Android package format) of your favourite app so that you can side load it.
Android has a pretty notorious reputation for app piracy, so if you look hard enough this shouldn�t be too hard to find the app of your choice.
For people like you and I who respect the hard work that goes into developing apps, you can grab yourself some open source apps over at F-Droid https://f-droid.org/
Find an example app that you�d like to try out, and download the APK. In my example i�m going to be side-loading the Acrylic Paint app.
Drag-and-drop the app onto the APKTOW10M app, and click install.
Once complete, switch over to your phone and you should see the new app in your �Recently added� list.

Google has released a new developer tool called App Runtime for Chrome (ARC) Welder that allows Android apps to run on Chrome for Linux, Windows, and OS X systems.
Google Chromes ARC Welder app can now run any of your favorite Android apps like WhatsApp, Candy Crush, Angry Birds, all from your Chrome web browser.
ARC welder tool operates via some special runtime implemented using Native Client (NaCl) in-browser binary execution tech.

ARC: The App Runtime for Chrome (ARC) is the piece of software that allows Android apps to run in Chrome. In the same way that ART (and the older Dalvik) currently run Android apps in Android itself. By making a modified version of the Android runtime for Chrome, Google can allow developers to add support for Chrome without rebuilding their apps from the ground up.
ARChon Custom Runtime: ARC is officially only designed for Chrome OS at the moment. To get around this, developer vladikoff created the ARChon Custom Runtime, which not only allows Windows, OS X, and Linux to run Android apps, but also removes the limit on how many can be run.
Unpacked Extension: Extensions normally come from the Chrome Web Store or prepackaged in a .CRX file. For the purposes of Android apps, were going to use unpacked extensions. These are folders that contain all the files for an extension (or, in this case, Android APK). They function the same as extensions, but are not wrapped up in a single file.
LEARN HOW TO RUN ANDROID APPS IN CHROME
Step 1: Install the ARChon Runtime
Chrome OS uses a specialized runtime that allows Android apps to run natively inside it. This means that its not an emulator or virtualization stack, but a proper runtime. In laymans terms, Chrome OS is using the same type of engine that Android uses to run software directly. So instead of a Genymotion-like situation where you have a whole Android phone running on your computer, here you can launch Android apps from the Chrome launcher.
To begin, well need to download the ARChon Custom Runtime. This is necessary to run Android apps in Windows, OS X, and Linux. While you can technically run Android apps in Chrome OS, youre currently limited to one of four apps. The methods in the rest of this article will run alternative apps by spoofing the signed key on those apps, but if you want to run any app youd like, download ARChon. Heres how:
1. Download the ARChon runtime here.
2. Unzip the archive.
3. Open your extensions page in Chrome by going to Menu => More Tools => Extensions
4. Enable Developer mode in the top right corner, if it is not already enabled.
5. Select "Load unpacked extension."
6. Choose the folder containing the ARChon runtime you unzipped earlier.
The ARChon runtime will now be running as an extension in Chrome. You may see a couple warnings like the following on the extensions page. However, these are normal and shouldnt affect your ability to run Android apps.
Next, youll need some Android apps to run. This is a little complicated, since Android APKs are not properly packaged for Chrome. However, with a little elbow grease (or some help from your friendly neighborhood internet), you can get some of them to launch. Whether they function properly is an entirely different matter.
Step 2: Install Existing Android Apps
The quickest, most dead-simple way to get some working Android apps is to find some online. Forums like this subreddit are already working on getting some functional. However, this is a far cry from the 1.3 million apps on the Play Store. While most of those will probably remain out of your reach due to incompatibility issues, well also look at how to (try to) create your own.
Disclaimer: Distribution of modified apps is, generally speaking, some degree of copyright violation. In practice, theres little distinction between downloading a pre-modified app, and downloading the regular version and modifying it yourself. For this reason, its unlikely any developer of a free app will be too concerned if you download a pre-modified app to play around with. However, downloading a modified paid app is piracy. Please support developers and dont download modified versions of paid apps without paying for them. And, while it should go without saying, dont write a bad review or criticize the developer if an app is broken in Chrome. Youre on your own here.
Some helpful internet users have created a growing list of apps that work in Chrome. You can find download links in that document, or find more in communities currently working on Chrome APKs. Once you have a .zip file containing one of these modified APKs, heres how to install it:

First of all, you need tools and development packages listed on the FreeCAD wiki.
Then you can clone the sources from github:
git clone https://github.com/mrlukeparry/FreeCAD_sf_master.git
Next go to the downloaded directory:
cd FreeCAD_sf_master/Switch to the "drawing" branch:
git checkout drawingCreate a new directory for a build (not necessary but recommended):
mkdir Build && cd BuildRun cmake and enable debug build (FreeCAD may be a little slower but easier for debugging):

Open or create a solid part. Switch to the drawing workbench and create a new page.
Double click (in tree) to open the page view.
Select a solid from the tree and create a new view. Views (dimensions too) dragging using mouse is now possible - as opposition to the old drawing workbench.
Select an edge and add a new dimension. Tip: enable the Selection view in the View menu to see what is selected.
In the Data tab you can change the radius to a diameter.
Add some other dimensions: line length, distance between points (use Ctrl to select two points), radius and diameter are available.
Back to the 3D model and change something.
The drawing should change as well.
