Power off the device.

Press and hold Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons until you see YU Logo.

Step 3: From TWRP Recovery flash the SuperSU.zip file and wipe cache.

Step 4: Once installed Reboot your device.

Step 5: Check for Root Permissions using Root Checker App.

That�s all now you have successfully Rooted Your Device

Step 4: Now type:

fastboot -i 0x1ebf oem unlock

This command unlocks bootloader on Yureka Plus YU5510. It also wipes all of your user data and settings. So you have to setup your device again.

This command will reboot your device to normal mode.
