How to View Connected Devices on Globe Prolink H5004NK WiFi Modem
If you�re experiencing slow internet connection with your Globe Home Broadband, before calling their hotline you can check first your Prolink H5004NK modem or router as part of your basic troubleshooting. You need to know and view how many devices connected to your Wi-Fi network and for checking unauthorized access. If you found out that there are other users connecting to your wireless network, you can always do a change password or do a MAC filtering to allow and deny access to selected known device only.
It�s important to know who is connected to your Wi-Fi network, especially these days as our internet providers like Globe now offers limited bandwidth monthly.
View Wireless Devices Connected to Globe Prolink H5004NK
Once your internet connection is up and running, the Globe technical team only provides the manual and other basic information�s like hotline number on where to call in case of trouble or problem if you encounter internet connection. Details like configuring your modem is all �do it your own� or you can also call their hotline for assistance if you don�t know the admin password to access your modem.
In this basic tutorial, we�ll guide how to view devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets, laptop etc.) connected your Wi-Fi network.
- Connect to your Wi-Fi network and open your browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox etc.)
- Type 192.168.254.254 on your browser�s address bar then hit Enter.
- On Globe Home Broadband web interface, click on Setup to access your modem�s configuration.
- When prompted with authorization required, type Globe DSL default Admin Password.
- Click on Setup tab, then click on the WLAN tab on the left sidebar.
- Click on Show Active Clients to view all active connected devices.
The active clients table shows the MAC address of the connected devices to your Wi-Fi network. You can manually check each of your devices MAC addresses and compare it to what is listed in the table. If you�re not sure whose device MAC address is listed, you can do a MAC lookup online to have an idea of what kind of device and manufacturer of the device connected to your network.

The app is not yet available for iOS / iPhone users but we�ll hope they release version for this platform very soon. The app is now available for download via Google Play Store for Android users. Globe Switch app features list of available paid and free promo offers that needs internet access. It also offers tool that you can be used to monitor your data, control internet usage and block unwanted internet access. This offer is available to both Globe and TM prepaid subscribers.

How to Use Globe and TM (Touch Mobile) Switch App
Register to Globe and TM internet promos (to download Switch app on Play Store) or connect to your nearest free WiFi hotspot to download the app without data charges.
On your phone�s Google Play Store type Globe Switch.
- Download and install the app, its file size is less than 3MB only.
- After successful installation, open the Globe Switch by clicking the app icon. Note that it automatically creates shortcut notification bar for you to easily use and access the app.
- Open the app, you will see the loading screen and welcome note from Switch app then just click continue.
- Next page will ask you to provide your Globe or TM mobile number then click Submit or you have the option to Skip this step.
- After that you will see Globe Switch App main menu screen. Offers, Usage and Control tabs are located on the upper part of the screen that you can easily swipe left to right to switch tabs.

How to Use Switch Free Internet Promo Offers
- On Offers tab, go to Hot Deals. Tap to expand the list of applications with free promo offers.
- Select your desired free promo offers by clicking the FREE button. Once you click the you are prompted by offer summary before you accept the free promotion.
- After accepting the offer button just wait for the request to send. If free subscription is successful you are prompted with a message saying �Free Offer Activated�.
Switch Free Offer Activated - Start using free internet usage offers with Globe Switch by turning on your Mobile Data. The app also requires you to enable the Data Saving Mode and connect thru VPN when you use Switch.
