If you are a Tata sky user and face some software issues with your HD+ set top box. and you want to resolve it yourself here is a small method followed  by the technician to automatically correct the settings. 

Step 1: .First the select the Organiser button in your remote.

Step 2: Now navigate to System Settings. 

Step 3: Now select that and navigate to Master Reset.

Step 4: Now it might ask for conformation click yes,go ahead and continue.

5. After the rest it will ask for some info just click on ok. till u reach your channel 100.

Note: (Do not alter the preset values here). Doing this reset does not format your internal hardisk. It is like forced reboot to your system. Most of the values are not altered. the remain same like the series recording. and your recorded episodes.

Go with Method 2 if Method 1 does not resolve your software problem.

Method 2

Step 1 : Turn of the set top box completely. that is mains should be turned off

Step 2 : Now when you turn on your set top box you sould see all the led glowing like this 

and on your tv screen it should show some message like "Please Wait Initializing..." 

Step 3 : Now quickly take your remote and press Back,back,2,4,6,5.

Step 4 : If you would have done it correctly you will find the above image like picture in your tv screen. the numbers may differ according to your software version.

Step 5 : Now press select button in your remote so that software starts reloading from tatasky servers. once done again you have to go trough first time setup of your box just dont alter the values click next next till channel 100 appers 

Note: Dont panic the whole installation might take time upto 15 minutes. and dont switch off the box.
