How to port roms mtk6572 mtk6572

Guyz here presenting easy guide for porting for mtk6572-mtk6572...credits me and ravinder singh bro....

---------NOW ANYONE CAN PORT----------

Things needed:-

1.Universal fixer or patch(link in description)

2.Pc(u can do it without pc but its little complicated)

3.Rom you want to port(be sure its mtk6572 and jb base)

4.last thing and most important little brain :p

Few tips = 1.Use pc
                   2.before porting rom check a thing...extract rom...go to meta-inf folder...and then updater-script check there is mmkclp...if ubifs is there thn u cant port....

Now lets start :-

Download universal fixer link :-

Download your rom

Now...open ur pc...make two folders...in one paste ur rom...and extract it...check there is no ubifs as mentioned earlier... Now in second folder paste universal fixer and extract it...
                     After extracting u can see in universal fixer... Folder there is a folder name "system" appears (after extracting universal fixer)...open it and copy everything in it...and paste in your "system" folder of your rom... Now pc tells u to replace then replace it... After replacing all files...this part done....
                                               Now copy ur stock.img (rename it boot.img) and paste in rom folder and done... Now select all folders means meta-inf,system,boot logo,logo bin,boot.img etc...and compress it im zip format and done....

Now copy ur rom in sd card and flash it...
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
Format system
And install zip

Done...thumbs up now anyone can port rom

(Note-- sometimes rom loops...means bootloops...in case u have to edit boot.img...idk how to do it so Google it)

This guide is for both a77/a177 expect all mtk6572 devices running on jb...

How to Flash Y520-U22 With Spflash tool?

The requirements of Y520-U22 is battery backup of 40% to 50%.

1. Download and install Y520-U22 Usb Drivers.
2. Download Stock Rom of Y520-U22 Firmware
3. Power Off your Mobile and remove Battery.
4. Download and extract spflash tool.
5. Now open sp flash tool and specify scatter file from that stock rom.
6. Now press download button. if face any error change download mode to firmware upgrade.
7. when Green bar of Ok appears your flashing done.
8. Now unplug cable and remove battery.
9. Now insert battery and press power button.
10. Your flashing is complete enjoy.
11. if you faced any error copy and paste that error in comments.
