Hard Reset LAVA Iris 402e

1.At the beginning turn the device by holding down the Power button.

2.Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button.

3.Release held keys when you see a change on your screen.

4.Now hold down the Power key for a short while.

5.You should see a Recovery mode in front of you.

6.Afterwards select Wipe data/factory reset with Volume Down button and then press Volume Up to confirm.

7.Select option "Yes -- Delete all user data" and press Volume Up button to confirm this.

8.After this choose option "reboot system now" with Volume Up.

9.Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.

1. Push the Power button to turn on the device.

Go to Menu and choose Settings .
After that tap Storage and select Factory data reset.
Then choose Reset phone, and confirm the whole operation tapping Erase everything.
