I have recently installed a fresh copy of windows onto my desktop pc i had originally been using the audible download manager linked to itunes to add audio books to my ipod with no issue however since my reinstall i have been unable to register my device with audible and receive the "script error" message dialogue box (see screenshot attached). I had the same problem but with windows 7 home premium, and i just downloaded this program free to remove difficult files especially the registryit is called revo uninstaller it has extra features to force uninstall,try that to see if it works for yougood luck!.
